Dear Don,

Richard Berman and I never tire of saying what a pleasure it is to be working  with you on Sumo Mouse and SKOG.  We both so enjoy the process, not to  mention your creatively adroit balancing act of staying true to the source material  but expanding it with your own style and flair.  Turning a good book into a  good show is the bane of adaptation, but you manage it with aplomb.  As David  Wisniewski's wife, Donna, has said to me on several occasions, "It's like Don is  channeling David's, voice, philosophy, and sense of humor from the books to  the scripts".  So here's a well-deserved pat on the back for a talented writer  - now stop reading this and get back to work!
